Email support@crossposter.tech with the email address you sign in with and a short description of what happened. For privacy and data protection requests, email privacy@crossposter.tech.

Delete your account

On iPhone: open the chat menu, tap your account at the bottom, then Settings → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your workspaces that only you own, your posts, drafts, connected platforms and uploaded media, and cannot be undone.

AI data sharing

The assistant sends your messages to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and only after you allow it. On iPhone you can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings → Privacy.
